When I visited here (in the summer), I could instantly tell it’s pretty popular judging by the fact that there were A LOT of people there! Brad and his family run the place, and he couldn’t have been nicer or more accommodating. He assured me that they “will figure it out” to make sure ANYONE who wants to can ride, and that includes lifting people on to platforms (4 steps up to allow you to mount the horse on even level) and on the horses themselves as well (as he said, “I’m a strong guy and we have lots of people who would be able to help”). Wranglers can ride in the saddle with someone to provide extra support, and rides are tailored specifically to comfort level and abilities of the riders, meaning they can be walking around the corral to actually getting out on the trails. While there are certainly some exceptions in extreme cases, there is not a weight limit for anyone riding the horses. Reservations required for all rides. Recommend calling ahead to ensure they can meet your exact needs. And one last thing – activities available vary in summer and winter; summer is described above.
As for cost, check out their website at http://breckstables.com/ for the latest information. They have also offered deals on Groupon in the past, so that is worth a look too.
